• The Foundation currently is raising an additional $1 million to complete important aspects of the Mansion restoration. It also is seeking donations of antique furniture and accessories from the Victorian era that match the interior design for the rehabilitated building.



• Named Rooms, sponsored furnishings and other permanent donor recognition opportunities are available in this historic site.



• Donors making financial gifts may make their pledges payable over a three to five year period. Contributions can be made in the form of cash, as well as goods and services that meet the project specifications. The Foundation also will accept gifts of land, securities, and other appreciated assets on a case-by-case, approved basis. Donors may be invited to serve on the Foundation Board.



• Major donors will be prominently and permanently highlighted on plaques located in the main VIP Entryway and the Ballroom. Those that sponsor a room also will have their names displayed in those rooms when events are held in those spaces.



• The names of major donors will be included when appropriate in Mansion event invitations, printed materials, and media releases. In addition, information on donor products or services will be made available by the Foundation to select VIP visitors to help promote those California businesses in appreciation for their support.
